I have missed writing and communicating with the readers of the Seeing Growth Inspirational Reminder over the last few weeks. The messages and communication have been going on for the 3 years that SeeingGrowth.com has been in existance and that is why this message is somewhat bitter sweet for me to write. Over the last 3 years the website has went from being named on accident to being a bookstore to a source of inspiration, information and collaboration. I actually love the website and the effects that it has had on my life, but there are a few things about the website (not SeeingGrowth.com) that I am not very happy with.

The website itself, makes me feel like a visitor in my own home. There is no reason for anyone to feel like they have to visit their home and ask for permission to rearrange their living arrangements, or to be afraid to step outside of their own front door. So this message is about the fact that SeeingGrowth.com is moving to a new home. The new home will still have SeeingGrowth.com on the mailbox, I will have a few new neighbors that will be joining me, and the contributors to the site will have access to make the site ours. Since I did not build it alone.

In the meantime, I have been working more on the Label Me Royalty Young Authors Program and building the cause behind it on Facebook ( http://apps.facebook.com/causes/222428?m=3124eff7 ), started building a database for individuals, groups, associations, fraternities, sororities, organizations or churches that have prgrams that actively help the communities ( http://www.facebook.com/groups.php?ref=sb#/group.php?gid=271236880636 ), and I have had a chance to re-read every page on SeeingGrowth.com as I pack everything up for the move. The entire site will be move in approximately a week and I want to thank everyone for contributing to the 200 + pages of SeeignGrowth.com.

The point is we can sometime get comfortable in situations, places, or positions that we are in. We have to remember that situations, places and positions are all new when they are first encountered by us. When we move into new houses, they are not homes until we make them our home.

I come in contact with thousands of people in some way, shape or form on a daily basis. I do not communicate with everyone in the same way or on the same level, but that is because each person has a different type of relationship that is unique.

There are some people who are so different than I am that every time we communicate it results in those differences being expressed and acted upon. That does not mean that we argue, that does not mean that we fight, that does not mean that we can not see eye to eye on things that are outside of our differences. It just means that we are not the same person, and it does make either one of us any better than the other person.

It possible to disagree about the origin of man that a person has and still agree with them that we were created. Iit is possible to believe that the health of the world and poverty are important without being able to agree which one is the most important. It is possible to dislike almost everything about a person and agree that one thing needs to change so bad that you can work with that person to create that change. Anything is possible, when we want it to be possible. At least that is what I believe, but I am sure that there is someone who sees things differently.

We cannot allow things in life to go neglected because our egos, emotions, and beliefs are different than a person that disagrees with us on something else or because a person is competition to reach the same goal by using a different path. Sometimes it is beneficial to work with people for common goals, and it is some of these times that the goals are met and surpassed in amazing ways because a small difference was put to the side long enough to move forward.

If you see an area to move forward with me, I would be glad to, I hope that you would be glad to also.

SeeingGrowth.com and Truly Poetic Publishing has formed an alliance to offer our youth a positive avenue to express themselves, grow, develop and to use their productive talents to pave paths for others who need or seek guidance.

Through the efforts of our alliance, we have overcome the idea that one organization’s missions are more important than another organization’s goals.
